What is the Mission and Purpose of the Orlando Republican Women Federated?
For more than a century, the Orlando Republican Women Federated has served as a trusted voice for Republican women in Central Florida. Originated in 1924, ORWF was established to educate, engage, and empower women to take an active role in civic life while upholding the conservative principles that strengthen our communities, our state, and our nation.

ORWF exists to promote informed participation in the political process through education, fellowship, and leadership development. We believe a strong republic depends on citizens who are knowledgeable, engaged, and committed to preserving constitutional values, individual liberty, and responsible governance.
​Our organization provides a welcoming forum where Republican women come together to learn from respected leaders, exchange ideas with one another, and build lasting relationships rooted in shared convictions. Through monthly luncheons, guest speakers, community involvement, and voter education, ORWF encourages thoughtful dialogue and meaningful civic engagement.
